CONRAD JENNINGS, Managing Partner

Conrad Jennings has more than 25 years’ experience in engineering and cost segregation. His expertise encompasses all phases of cost-segregation operations, including thought leadership, client relations, and working with some of the finest CPA firms across the country. Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.

In addition to training, account management, quality control, and final approval of all studies, Conrad has managed or performed engineering-based cost-segregation studies on all types of properties, including, but not limited to, office buildings, medical office buildings, supermarkets, retail centers, restaurants, automobile dealerships, automotive repair facilities, manufacturing facilities, motels, hotels, apartments, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and warehouse properties.

In his early engineering career, Conrad worked in the power-generation industry and acted as a design engineer and project manager for numerous multi-million dollar hydroelectric power plant upgrades. Conrad also performed field engineering and consulting duties in the paper and pulp industry, and was responsible for extensive on-site field documentation, sub-contractor scheduling, and project coordination of numerous instrumentation and system upgrade projects. As one of three field engineers, he oversaw final field verification of all instrumentation, control hardware, power requirements, and control system communications.

Conrad retired from the Navy after proudly serving our military for 18 years.

JOHN DENOVICH, Managing Partner

John Denovich has more than 25 years of experience in the construction, real estate, cost segregation, and specialty tax industries. Educated at Kent State and Georgia State Universities, Mr. Denovich has a business management, real-estate appraisal, and electrical contracting background.

John’s primary focus is on specialty tax with an emphasis on cost-segregation studies. He has performed cost-segregation studies for Fortune 500 Companies including Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries, Ltd. and Publix Supermarkets. John has managed thousands of purchase-price allocation and new construction studies on a variety of building types, including but not limited to, auto dealerships, medical and surgery centers, data centers, research and manufacturing facilities, hotels, apartment complexes, shopping centers and retail spaces, industrial sites, and office buildings. He has also worked with large real estate equity firms as project lead on new acquisitions.
